OUR LEADERSHIP TEAM
GCGF is led by a high-calibre team with extensive experience across Australia’s energy and infrastructure sectors. With backgrounds at organisations such as AGL, Origin, AEMO, AusNet, Gold Wind and leading developers, our leadership combines deep technical expertise, commercial acumen, and industry insight.
Jerry – Director
Jerry brings extensive experience in renewable energy investment and development, having led over 2GW of clean energy projects across Australia. He has overseen commercial strategy and financial analysis for infrastructure assets valued at more than AUD $5.5 billion. Jerry holds a Master’s degree in Econometrics and is a qualified Australian CPA.
Vincent – Head of Development
Vincent is a seasoned renewable energy professional with over 15 years of experience across the full lifecycle of wind, solar, and BESS projects—from development and grid connection to delivery, operations, and asset management. He has led some of Australia's largest BESS initiatives and held senior roles overseeing strategy, execution, and trading. Vincent brings a deep understanding of infrastructure delivery and market integration in the clean energy sector. He holds a Master of Project Management.
Steve – Director
Steve is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in real estate and energy infrastructure. As the former Global and Executive Director, he directed the development and delivery of projects exceeding AUD $8.7 billion in value. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Lara – Grid Connection Lead
Lara brings extensive experience in managing grid connections for over 100 renewable energy projects across solar, wind, and battery storage. She has led complex connection processes involving feasibility assessments, technical studies, regulatory approvals, and stakeholder coordination. Lara’s deep understanding of grid compliance, combined with her strong industry relationships, makes her a key asset in navigating Australia’s evolving energy landscape. She holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering and a Master of Engineering Management.
Sam – Director
Sam is a land and planning expert with over a decade of experience in renewable energy project development, specialising in site acquisition and planning approvals. His portfolio spans wind, solar, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and petroleum infrastructure.
